We study the Gluino-Glue operator in context of Supersymmetric N=1 Yang-Mills (SYM) theory. This composite is gauge invariant, and it directly connected to light bound states theory; its renormalization very important as a necessary step for low-lying via numerical simulations. make use Gauge-Invariant Renormalization Scheme (GIRS). requires calculation Green's function product two operators, situated at distinct space-time points. Within this scheme, mixing with non-gauge invariant operators which have same quantum numbers inconsequential. compute one-loop conversion factor relating GIRS scheme MS‾. can be used order convert MS‾ functions are obtained lattice simulations renormalized nonperturbatively GIRS.
